Avocado Cilantro Hummus

Ingredients

Avocado Cilantro Hummus

1 Can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

35 small garlic cloves

1/4 cup cilantro

1/2 small avocado

24 TBS olive oil

1/21 tsp Celtic sea salt (to taste)

Instructions

Method:

  • Place drained and rinsed garbanzo beans into food processor
  • Add garlic, avocado, and cilantro. Blend together for about 1 minute and then scrap down sides of the bowl.
  • Add olive oil and salt, blend for another minute or till the hummus is smooth
  • Taste for seasoning. Add more salt if needed.

 

Optional additions to make other flavorful variations:

Green onions and parsley, roasted red bell peppers, roasted garlic, etc.
