       Almond Joy Smoothie

      Chocolatey goodness!

      Ingredients:

      1-2 Tablespoons Raw Cacao

      3 Dates, pitted

      1 Tablespoon fresh ground Flax seeds (If using a VitaMix no need to grind)

      1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

      1 heaping Tablespoon raw almond butter (100% almonds)

      1 Tablespoon coconut butter or mana

      1 tsp. vanilla extract

      1 tsp cinnamon

      Pinch of Celtic sea Salt (remineralizing)

      5 ice cubes

      8 oz Coconut water

      Method:

      Add all ingredients into your blender and whirl for 1-2 minutes for a smooth rich texture.
