      Carrot Mango Smoothie

      Carrot Mango Smoothie was created when Pegs wanted to add some other colorful veggies to her morning smoothies for a bit of a change up. Megs recently made a Horchata smoothie with cauliflower as her secret ingredient and it was delicious. So Pegs chose carrots not only for their sweetness, but also for their rich antioxidant phytonutrient immunity boost. We cant wait for you to try this yummy new smoothie!

      5-10 minutes 1 minute
      Ingredients
      • 1 C coconut water
      • 1 C alternative milk (we used macadamia milk, but we also love almond and hazelnut)
      • 2 heaping spoonfuls of Coco yogurt plain or mango or Harmless Harvests Coconut
      • 2 Tbl. chia
      • 1 large or 2 med. carrots un-peeled
      • 1 peach or nectarine fresh or frozen un-peeled
      • ½-1 C frozen or fresh mango chunks
      • 1-2 dates, pitted (optional)
      • 1 tsp vanilla or vanilla flavored protein powder
      • 1 scoop collagen powder
      • 1 Tbl. Brain Octane
      • 1/2 -1 tsp. cinnamon
      Method
      Place all ingredients into the blender and blend for 1 minute. Enjoy!
