      Green Tocos Smoothie is an energizing, skin enhancing, brain boosting smoothie perfect to start your day! Our Green Tocos Smoothie is rich with antioxidants and has a plethora of vitamins and minerals including E, D, and  A!  Tocos also known as tocotrienols  are the star in this drink with it’s stellar benefits for our connective tissue, skin health and muscle function. Not to mention it also aides in lowering cholesterol, helps manage diabetes and inhibits certain cancers. AND the biggest bonus is how tocos taste! It’s like drinking a vanilla milkshake! More goodness from this Green Tocos Smoothie is that is adds more oxygen to our red blood cells from the vibrant greens: spinach and kale, as well as the added ChlorOxygen which also boosts our energy.  Also super beneficial for our brain is the addition of MCT Oil, flax and chia seeds.       Green Tocos Energy Boosting Smoothie

      1 Cup Malk Pecan Maple Milk
      1 Cup coconut water
      1 Tbsp.  Sun Potion Tocos
      1 Tbsp. MCT oil
      1 tsp. Matcha green tea
      1 dropper-full ChlorOxygen chlorophyll
      1 Tbsp. flax seed (fresh grind if not using a powerful blender)
      3 Tbsp. chia seeds
      1 handful baby spinach
      1 handful baby or regular kale leaves
      1 scoop collagen
      1 scoop vanilla protein powder
      1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
      Handful of ice (optional)

      Method to Make Smoothie

      Blend all ingredients in your blender until smooth.
