We hope you can forgive us! During this time we got super inspired from all my  travels – there are LOTS of delicious recipes about to come your way! Just like this Red Velvet Latte!

Red Velvet Latte for two

To make this red velvet color, we used beetroot powder. Beetroot powder is a great source of natural energy. It is high in antioxidants, and extremely beneficial for our blood. You can read more about the benefits of beets from Dr Mercola HERE.

While traveling in Australia I discovered my love for beetroot powered. They added this ingredient in so many things, especially sprinkled on bowls and in lattes! It is naturally sweet and extremely mild in flavor. You can sweeten it up or make it savory. I loved adding it into this creamy latte for a different boost of energy first thing in the morning!
